Please join us in my office as we participate in a monthly teleconference series, The Advisors Forum Presents Live CPE Series. This month the topic is, 2010 IRAs in Review and will be led by Robert S. Keebler, CPA, MST, DAEP.
Over the course of the last year, there have been some significant developments involving IRAs and qualified retirement plans. Accordingly, tax professionals will need to be aware of these new developments so as to triage the issues and identify opportunities. During this session we will cover following important topics.
· Non-spousal beneficiary transfers of inherited qualified retirement plan benefits into inherited IRAs.
· Recent IRA Private Letter Rulings (PLRs)

· Applying for 9100 relief
· Roth IRA conversion planning opportunities in 2010
